Welcome to Olive Branch! As a strong proponent of mental health counseling and self-care, I believe that we all need support on our journey to happiness and fulfillment. Whether you struggle with depression, grief, or issues with self-esteem, I welcome the opportunity to help you navigate life’s twists and turns.
By understanding our past, we can shape our future. In therapy sessions, we will explore the ways in which our experiences and interpersonal relationships contribute to our behavior and life choices. Clinically, I utilize a strengths-based, client-centered approach in my practice and believe strongly in the importance of establishing a supportive, collaborative therapeutic relationship with my clients.
I graduated from Rutgers University with a Master of Social Work in May 2018 with a concentration in mental and behavioral health. My field experience includes work with children and adolescents in a variety of therapeutic settings, but I enjoy working with clients of all ages and backgrounds. I truly believe that all individuals can benefit from therapy and its many opportunities for growth and change.
Recognizing the need for change is often a daunting task; I commend you on taking the first step in your therapeutic journey. I look forward to speaking with you and addressing any questions you may have.
