Welcome! Life is a journey, which poses many challenges. Some can be difficult to work through on your own. As a team, we will work together to navigate through your journey and reach your goals. I believe that a strong therapeutic relationship is built upon safety, trust, and respect. I strive to provide a nurturing and non-judgmental environment where clients can feel comfortable sharing thoughts and feelings. Whether I am working with an individual, in couples, as families, or in groups, I incorporate a variety of treatment approaches such as, CBT, DBT, and mindfulness based interventions, that best fit each of their needs, strengths, and goals.

I received my undergraduate degree in Psychology from Rutgers University and my Masters Degree in Clinical Counseling from Centenary College. My areas of interest and expertise include anxiety, depression, eating disorders, personality disorders, life transitions, self-esteem, and relationship issues.

I truly believe that everyone deserves to live a happy and fulfilling life. By creating a meaningful connection with my clients, I am able to create a safe space for expression and exploration. Making the decision to commit to counseling can be uncomfortable; therefore I applaud you in making the first step towards change. I welcome the opportunity to work with you.
