Deciding whether or not you should seek out therapy can be very challenging, especially if you have never seen a therapist or had a bad experience with therapy in the past. What I can tell you is that utilizing therapy can be a mindful, courageous, and proactive step towards accomplishing the goals you wish to achieve in your life. Whether it be a new struggle that you are unsure how to handle or an ongoing problem that does not seem to get any better, I am here to help you find balance in your life.

Through my experiences working in various mental health settings, such as schools, hospitals, day treatment programs, and colleges and universities, I strive to bring a person-centered and solution-focused approach to therapy. I have experience working with children, adolescents, young adults, and adults with a wide variety of mental health concerns. My areas of expertise include anxiety, depression, Autism Spectrum Disorder and related neurological conditions, adjustment/transition issues, self-esteem, relationship issues, and family conflict.

In addition to counseling, I also am a musician who performs and teaches guitar throughout New Jersey and New York City. I believe music and art are powerful tools that can help us heal and process through many difficult experiences and emotions. I strive to integrate music as much as I can into my therapeutic practice as a healing tool.

If you are interested in a therapeutic session, please contact me and we can schedule an appointment. You write your story and I am here to help you better understand yourself and your relationships. I look forward to speaking with you.
