Sometimes, even the smallest challenges can seem overwhelming. At other times we may feel we are not achieving our goals. I am here to work with you to build the skills you need to face any obstacle. Together, through open and clear communication, let us work towards realizing your full potential, leading to you being your best self and living your best life.
My relationships with my clients are very important to me. I strive to provide an environment of warmth, respect and trust where people feel comfortable. I approach therapy as a partnership with my clients. Together we will identify your unique gifts and strengths to find an approach to wellness that works best for you.
As a graduate of Lesley University Expressive Therapies program, I have learned to use art, music and play therapy techniques, in addition to traditional counseling methods. I have worked with individuals and families through the age spectrum from school age children, teenagers, adults and seniors. My areas of expertise include anxiety, depression, infertility, bereavement, life transitions, women’s issues, advanced illness and learning disabilities.
With each client, I take care to be culturally sensitive and respectful of every individual life experience. I value community connections and as a member of the observant Jewish community, I am particularly knowledgeable of and sensitive to those unique religious values and common issues.
I am here to support and guide you as your figure out the changes you want to make in your life. Please feel free to reach out to me with any questions you may have or for my complimentary 15 minute clarity call. I hope you will be in touch.
