Hello! I’m a therapist at Olive Branch Therapy Group and a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I received my undergraduate degree from Rutgers University in English and Psychology and my graduate degree from Rutgers University School of Social Work. I’ve been in practice in since 2014.

What drew me to this work:
I believe that everyone should be able to see the best in themselves. I am motivated to help clients improve the quality of their lives, gain courage and strength in themselves to meet life’s challenges, and to grow in ways that add meaning to their lives.

My therapeutic approach is personalized, client-centered, and multi-faceted. I believe that each client should be viewed as an individual and their situations are unique so I utilize multiple approaches in therapy. I utilize therapeutic models including family systems theory, strength focus, empowerment model, and cognitive behavioral therapy(CBT). We will work together to find the approach that suits you and your individual needs best needs best.
