Meet Meghan Collins, LSW (she/her):

Hello! I’m a therapist at Olive Branch Therapy Group and a Licensed Social Worker. I received my undergraduate degree from Kean University and my graduate degree from Rutgers University School of Social Work. I have worked in the mental health field in various role and have experience working with individuals in various settings.

What drew me to this work:

Through both personal and professional experience I have had the privilege of watching and working with individuals as they transition from simply surviving to truly thriving through therapeutic work. I found that I had a great passion in helping individuals assess situations, behaviors and emotions with the goal of finding effective management and empowerment within their own lives. I strive to work with clients to create a collaborative space to work on their individual goals.

My style:

My style is validating, collaborative and transparent. I believe in the value of humor and frankness in therapeutic work in order to offer clients the most effective, comfortable and fun therapeutic space. Only you truly know you and I strive to create a space that allows you to share your goals, feelings, and concerns.
