Before anything, I must commend you for taking the first step to feeling better about yourself. Exploring the idea of therapy is not an easy feat or something to take for granted. With over 10 years of experience in the addiction and mental health field, I will help you navigate the murky waters you find yourself in. Whether you are struggling with alcohol and/or drug use, co-dependency, relationship/family issues, depression, anxiety, co-occurring disorders, mood disorders, self-esteem issues, or some combination of the above, I will help guide you through one of the most difficult journeys you will ever embark on. Beginning with a seat in a beautiful, safe, and empathic environment, we will immediately identify and work on some real, attainable goals and strive to chart our way to sustainable inner peace. There may be tears and there will be laughs but above all else, there will be support, compassion, and understanding.

My approach is very much empathic and non-judgmental. Cognitive-behavioral therapy techniques will allow us to focus on turning negative thoughts, feelings, and behaviors into more of a positive process. I take pride in making my clients know and feel they are important to me. Every time we meet, my attention is solely on you and only you. Additionally, while I specialize in addiction and co-occurring issues, and know well the many emotions and behaviors that come along with that, I am willing to go outside my area of expertise if you feel I may help you. You are the one ultimately in control—I’m only here to help.
