Meet Chloe’ Decker, LSW (She/Her/Hers):
Hello! I’m a therapist at Olive Branch Therapy Group, and I am a Licensed Social Worker. I received my Bachelors degree with a double major in Criminal Justice and Africana Studies, along with my Masters degree in Social Work from Rutgers University.

I like to incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques and mindfulness practices into treatment with my clients. I have a particular interest in working with BIPOC and understand the barriers to mental health services that many individuals face. Let’s work together to overcome the stigma surrounding mental health in BIPOC communities.
What drew me to this work:
Through my own life experiences and the experiences of those dear to my heart, I learned just how important mental health services and substance abuse treatment are. When deciding to become a therapist I vowed to be an individual who I would have loved to have in my corner, for my clients.
My style:
I strive to provide a warm and welcoming environment that remains judgment free. It is important to me that my clients feel seen and heard. I will always remain genuine while supporting your growth and watching you become the best version of yourself. I absolutely believe laughter is the best medicine, when appropriate.
